RETURNS
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Returns are only accepted for items damaged during shipping (for example, a broken box causing liquid to leak).
It is recommended to take a photo of the damaged product and send it by email.
To return an item, you must provide:

  • The original packaging
  • Proof that the product has not been tampered with
  • The invoice received by email
    Shipping costs will not be refunded and must be covered by the buyer.

RETURN PROCESS
Once your request has been verified, we will send a courier to pick up the package within 24 hours (whenever possible).
The courier company will contact you to schedule the pick-up. If the proposed date does not suit you, please contact them to reschedule.

RETURN PERIOD
Returns must be requested within 15 days of the purchase date.
Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.

REFUND AMOUNT
Once the return is approved, you will receive another unit of the same product.
If the return is approved (the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition), you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be processed within a few days.
Refund to your credit card depends on your bank's processing time.

INCORRECT REFUND AMOUNT
If you receive an incorrect refund amount, please contact us at africaprimero2024@gmail.com , and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Africa First reserves the right to refuse returns that are:

  • Requested or sent outside the allowed return period.
  • Not returned in the same condition in which they were received.
