Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you wish to return a product, you must email us at africaprimero2024@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging, untampered with, and with the corresponding invoice. Shipping costs will not be refunded and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
